We recently sold our home in West Mt. Airy Philadelphia. Jennifer Flynn and Loretta Witt represented us in the sale. They could not have done a better job. I had reached out to Loretta based upon having seen that she recently sold another property in our neighborhood. She called me back within hours of the message I left for her, and immediately arranged a meeting time at our convenience. Jenn accompanied her to the meeting, and we found both of them to be extremely professional and knowledgeable right off the bat. We were under a tight timeline to sell our home. Jenn and Loretta made recommendations on various work we should do and also connected us with various contractors who were all very responsive, professional, reasonably priced, and got the work done in a timely manner. Those relationships were key. Jenn and Loretta at times were present to meet contractors when we could not be here, which was very helpful. Once our home was on the market, Jenn held an open house the first day and arranged for a colleague to hold a second open house the following day. Through their marketing efforts, both open houses were very well attended, and we received multiple offers after having the house on the market only a couple of days. The sales price for the home was slightly higher than the list price, which we attribute in part to Jenn and Loretta having made appropriate recommendations for what we should do to prepare the home for sale — advice which definitely paid off!! They’ve been extremely helpful throughout the entire process since the home went under contract, and always available any time we have had questions or any unexpected issues have come up. Jenn has come over more than once to make sure our cats were safe during inspections, which certainly put our minds at ease. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They started off our realtors, and we are happy now to call them our friends!
